Implement retroreflective backplate borders on all traffic signals in the Tampa Bay area.
Why is this important?
I am a concerned citizen that wants traffic signals in the Tampa Bay Area, including Hillsborough Ave., to become safer. I believe that investing money and implementing retroreflective backplate borders on all traffic signals would help make the intersections much more visible to drivers, thus making the intersection much safer.
