Mental health facilities

We need the government to step up and help people with mental illnesses have more access to help. I have a daughter just yesterday in a psychotic way taken to hospital here in Washington. The mental health advocate tried to find a bed in a facility and was told there were only 4 beds in the state available and she did not qualify. This is unacceptable.

Why is this important?

These types of illnesses are not well understood but affect so many. These people are living on the street. It has been so hard to get actual help. I watch my daughter struggle everyday for the past 6 years.
