Michigan's Department of Transportation has formulated plans to charge taxpayers more for orange barrels, but MDOT doesn't have a list or plan for the worst roads and bridges in Michigan and what is needed to fix them.
The Legislature and Governor is ultimately responsible for this. No more excuses!
