Let's evolve our military into a peaceful force that will provide a positive example to others. We can show far more bravery when intervening in conflict areas (yes, even risking our lives) WITHOUT weapons or raised fists. Gandhi is a modern figure who changed the world in countless positive ways doing just that. He died in the process, but so have tens of thousands of our sons and daughters trying to resolve conflict with violence.
Why is this important?
Violence is never the answer to conflict: What were YOU thinking the last time someone came into your "space" and physically forced you to do something? Did it work?
