National Baseball Hall of Fame: Put Mamie Johnson in the Hall of Fame

Mamie "Peanut" Johnson, Toni Stone, and Connie Morgan were the only three women in American baseball history to every play in the a men's league. Yet, they are not in the baseball hall of fame. They were three of the stars of the Negro League. Mamie Johnson was the only female pitcher to ever play with the men. These women deserve their spot in history as well as their spot in the hall of fame. The entire All-American Professional Girl's League (a league of all white women) and thirty-five Negro League players have been inducted into the hall of fame. It's time Mamie was given her rightful honors. Let these women into the hall of fame!
