Why is this important?
Father’s day celebrates fathers all around the world, but there are many men who may feel left out on the day. They may have experienced the death of a baby or babies, or even of adult children. They may have struggled to conceive or experienced a miscarriage or stillbirth. For them, the day may bring sad feelings—feelings of isolation, loneliness, unworthiness, and pain. It is to help heal hearts of grieving fathers.
