NFL REFEREES MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE

I have been a football fan for as long as I can remember. And yes I am a Dallas Cowboys fan. Every team in the league has been affected by the refs not just my Cowboys...no I am not saying that my team did not make mistakes...every team does..but when games are decided by refs and not the players, something is not right. So my idea for this is simply...if a ref clearly misses a penalty they are warned by the league. If they make another error they are fined. And on the 3rd offense they are fired. In any job if you continue to make mistakes you will be fired..so the refs are no different than anyone else. It's sad that when your team has a big gain or after a kick you have to wait and see if there is a flag before you can get excited.
