The change proposed in the way Social Security inflation is calculated assumes seniors will substitute chicken for beef. But what will they substitute for chicken -- cat food?! Why should they lower their living standards so rich people can keep their tax breaks? Social Security is barely adequate for many -- don't cut it more!
