A toll on 90 is unfair to the poor, elderly and working class. It's a federal highway as well. 520 has a toll, people need an unencumbered highway choice.
Why is this important?
There is a toll on 520. Not all people who live on the east side are wealthy. Many retirees, many workers, etc. Its a federal highway for goodness sake. Its unfair.
