Not Above the Law Sheriff Howard Richard Sills

Putnam County Georgia has a legacy of injustice and prejudice against people that have the unfortunate consequences of being jailed there. Many inmates have placed complaints against career Sheriff Howard J. Sills. His outdated police tactics of denying inmates basic rights to communicate with their attorneys via the phone along with a lack of access to a legal library have been documented by several cases such as Thurston Waller vs. Sills and Evans vs. Sills.

In the early 2000s, he has also been accused of conspiracy to defame Dr. Malachi Z. K.York with the assistance of his disgruntled son Jacob York and several nefarious figures like Nicole Nikki Lopez. Sill and his deputies had a history of harassment and profiling innocent members of the Nuwaupian Nation up until 2004.
It’s time for a positive change in Putnam County Georgia. Vote for the immediate removal of Sheriff Howard Sills
