NRA'S extremist "speech" promotes "imminent lawless action"

The NRA's extremist "speech" promotes "imminent lawless action!"
I would argue that public shootings have become so prevalent that it's now an imminent threat to public safety. A "clear and present danger," if you will. I would also argue that the NRA's stranglehold on  our current Congress makes their pro-gun "freedom of speech" bought and paid for with innocent American lives.
But The First Amendment does not protect speech that leads to or results in "imminent lawless action." By using their financial influence (freedom of speech) to stranglehold Congress, and to brainwash a good slice of the American public into believing that having unlimited guns in every home is not only justifiable, but necessary for protection against any perceived threat to their own extremist morality; thusly, the NRA cntinues to incite and perpetuate "imminent lawless action." The right to bear arms is now crookedly tangled with with Freedom of Speech, and the rhetoric is bullets. I am hoping this argument is sound enough to support a class action suit that would help promote the right of citizens who do not wish that themselves or their families be subject to shootings every 7-10th time they go out in public. This is no longer an issue of isolated crime laden areas. When children are shot in public schools, families are shot in movie theaters, and women are shot in healthcare centers, right-wing rhetoric is to blame for every bullet unleashed by automatic weapons that can be easily purchased at your corner Walmart.

Add your signature to help us obtain an ACLU lawyer to file a class action suit to stop the NRA's hate speech and put an end to the rampant public shootings made possible by the NRA's refusal to regulate neither it's speech, its products, nor its undue influence over Congresses ability to protect American Citizens.

Why is this important?

Children should be free to learn in public schools without being shot. Teachers should be free to teach without having to put themselves between a bullet and their pupils. Women should be safe while seeking healthcare at Planned Parenthood or any other facility without fear of extremist retaliation. Families should be able to gather in public, safely attend a movie or CONCERT without fear of being gunned down. Let Freedom Ring, Not Bullets.
