Old Kailua-Kona Airport beach park.

A wider walking/jogging/biking historical path that will take a child, elderly, handicapped safely throughout the whole perimeter of the park including the shoreline, fields and gym areas.
Wider space for our little keiki's to play with shade and bathroom area.
Possibly an area for a lunch wagon or even a permanent structure for a snack shop.

Why is this important?

Thousands of people locals and visitors alike visit this landmark for various reasons. We see a scatter of permanent structures all over the place! Overcrowded childrens playgrounds and walking paths. Wasted beach land that could be put to better use. Better
maintenance in our beach pavilions.
