One Hundred Twenty-Six U.S. Representatives Must Not Be Reseated
On January 3, 2021 The 117th United States Congress will be sworn into office. In an effort to overthrow our presidential election, deemed to be the most secure in history by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency who run U.S. Elections, 126 U.S. Representatives sought to invalidate the 2020 presidential election results and instead supplant the official who was voted out of office. The Motion for Leave to File a Bill of Complaint seeking to invalidate the election and the List of Amici Curiae, can be viewed at supremecourt.gov. By definition and by action this was an insurrection
Our elected officials swear an oath to defend and uphold our Constitution. Their action of subverting democracy is a violation of their oath, and a violation of the 14th Amendment to our Constitution, Section 3. According to the 14th Amendment, Section 3, these U. S. Representatives are now forbidden from holding any office in our U.S. Government.

Why is this important?
Our democracy is in extremis as Donald Trump and members of Congress have actively attempted to subvert democracy and deny the will of The People. Reseating the United States Representatives who provably attempted to overthrow a fair election would be an abdication of duties by Congressional Leadership. Reseating these 126 representatives would also be sending a clear message that attacking our democracy will not yield consequences and thus will ultimately lead to its demise. It cannot be overstated that reseating these United States Representatives, in essence, aiding and abetting an insurrection, is itself an act that would be in violation of the 14th Amendment to our Constitution.
