As we are now finally beginning to deal with compensating violence victims and their families, instead of having temporary funds and small local donations handle the compensation, we need have a standing Fund charged with providing legal and appropriate compensation to violence victims and their families.
Why is this important?
Need standing fund to develop, update, manage payout of compensation to victims of serious crimes.
