Open Pennsylvania Bars and Restaurants

If you wait until June to open bars and restaurants, we will not withstand this. It's killing us; Owners of these establishments have taken losses and damages and since have lost those valuable profits that keep these establishments open for the public. Many already have been forced to close permanently. I feel bars and restaurants can remove tables to comply with the distancing, and can only allow for a certain amount of people in at a time, limit hours of business, and having the sanitation in place better than what the grocery stores like Walmart are doing.
