Open Salons back up on May 1 st

Allow licensed cosmetologists and barbers to perform services on clients one person at a time. While following our already strict sanitation guidelines. Our industry needs to go back to work. While using mask and gloves we can preform services while still being safe and prevent the spread of this virus. We would present less risk than going to a gas station or grocery store.
