Open tattoos shops in Texas

Allow a licensed tattoo artist to perform a tattoo service/ privately with one client in the tattoo shop / per tattoo artist at a time ,Starting as of Monday, April 27, 2020. All necessary precautions and sanitation protocols approved by the state of Texas and the local Department of Health and Environmental Control will be followed.
Servicing one client at a time (while wearing a mask & gloves) poses little to no risk of spreading the virus, as compared to 20 or more people in a grocery store or 10 plus people at restaurants picking up food , at any one time ! We already follow sanitization and cleanliness guidelines akin to any doctors office of dentist office , and do so in between every client . As well unlike most of the businesses we are trained in blood borne pathogens , first aide , cpr along with other aseptic techniques

Why is this important?

Almost All Texas artist have exhausted all options as to was way to stay afloat and want to tattoo safely , this is our livelihood and how we feed our families and deserve to be back open
