We the undersigned are in opposition to the Petitions of 500 North Avenue LLC before the Town of Stratford Zoning Commission to construct 72 units of housing at 795 James Farm Road, Stratford, CT pursuant the Connecticut Affordable Housing Land Use Appeals Act (CGS 8-30g et.seq.).
Why is this important?
We oppose this application in order to prevent destruction and pollution of this property which is near our beautiful Roosevelt Forest, and threatens our wetlands.
