Opposition to High-Density Residential Zoning

We the undersigned, oppose the zoning proposal for the residential project at 3801 Maurice Drive (RCA 2018-70458; LU 2018-70457) by Applicant: Cohan Family Partnership

Why is this important?

Residents of the Twin Oaks, Brighten Lane, and Oak Creek Canyon Communities are concerned that 50 units on a 1.7-acre parcel of land will increase our low-density population, dramatically increase traffic in an already congested area, which will lead to more accidents, injuries, and potential fatalities.
