As concerned citizens of Autumn Chase and surrounding neighborhoods on Orphanage Road, we are opposed to the Childers Park at Buffalo Creek rezoning plan.
Why is this important?
If this rezoning plan is approved, Orphanage Road and Trinity Church Road will witness a dramatic increase in traffic on already dangerously congested roads.
In addition, the 277 lots of mostly densely packed urban town homes are inconsistent with the residential character of the directly adjacent neighborhoods of Autumn Chase, Applegate Drive, and Grandhaven Drive.
