Petition Against Variances for 2101 Morning Bright LLC

We, the neighbors of 2105 10th Street, NW. (owned by "2101 Morning Bright LLC") OPPOSE any variances for lot occupancy and rear yard requirements from the current zoning ordinances. The current design will aggravate the lack of open space and further complicate access to a narrow alley. The Alley currently only has one suitable entrance for large vehicles (trash, residential moving, retail delivery, and emergency vehicles) and a site review will note the many scrapes and dents caused by trucks including past damages to gas and electric lines.

Why is this important?

We are opposed to overdevelopment of the U Street area. We know growth is desirable but wish to have all future growth comply with current ordinances.
