Petition for Improved Street Lighting on States Street

States Street in Corona Heights is a quiet residential street just steps from the Castro. Unfortunately, the street lighting is of such poor quality that residents are seriously concerned about their security. The neighborhood has seen a recent uptick in suspicious activity with several car and home break-ins reported. With the days getting shorter, the lack of lighting has become ever more apparent. The residents of States Street are requesting improved street lighting to improve the safety of the neighborhood and build our sense of security.
