Recently we learned that Returning Citizens (prisoners) at the Centre County Correctional Facility (CCCF) have no opportunity to get outside for fresh air, exercise, sunlight, and all the other benefits that being outside provides. We are appalled that this is true.
Why is this important?
We hereby petition the Centre County Board of Prison Inspectors and the County Commissioners tp address this concern and provide a means for all Returning Citizens to experience daily outside exercise.
