We request confirmation that a professional traffic impact study has been completed and that any necessary mitigation measures are implemented. - Parking Capacity and Overflow:
Verification that the proposed use meets all township parking requirements and does not result in overflow parking onto adjacent properties or residential streets. We request clear plans for managing parking during peak times and special events. - Noise and Hours of Operation:
Clarification of proposed operating hours, outdoor activities (if any), and compliance with township noise ordinances to protect the quality of life of neighboring residents and businesses
