Why is this important?

I collect Social Security disability. I receive $899.00 per month. By the end of the month I am always short. I have to decide where I can go based on how much gas I can afford for my car. My co-pays for my doctors deplete much of it, and my out of pocket deductable is $500.00 per year. It will take me 10 months just to pay off the deductable. Please help keep my current payment as it is, not less.
