On July 21, President Joe Biden announced he was passing the torch after nearly four tremendous years. We are grateful for his administration’s incredible work—including passing historic climate and health care policies and providing economic relief for millions of families—and for paving the way for us to elect a strong Democratic trifecta in November that can continue his 50-year legacy fighting for everyday American families.
Kamala Harris has been a public servant for over 20 years, serving as district attorney of San Francisco, attorney general of California, and a U.S. senator before becoming vice president in 2021. As vice president, Kamala Harris has been an essential part of the Biden administration and key to the successes over the past four years. And her running mate, Governor Tim Walz, is a military veteran, former high school teacher and football coach who represented rural Minnesota in Congress and, now, as governor, has a tremendous record of getting things done: protecting abortion rights, providing K-12 students free breakfast and lunch, passing tuition-free college for low-income Minnesotans, and much more.

She has been a strong and consistent advocate for protecting and advancing abortion rights, launching a "Fight for Reproductive Freedoms” tour this year and making history as the first U.S. president or vice president to visit an abortion clinic. She has fought for everyday Americans, advocating for voting rights, clean air and water, and commonsense gun legislation.
