Postmates, please add an option to your app allowing customers to opt out of receiving plastic utensils with their order. This easy fix could save hundreds of thousands of plastic utensils from ending up in our already overflowing landfills.

Why is this important?

In our age of convenience, many of us use delivery apps and have unwanted plastic utensils piling up in our kitchen drawers, or simply being thrown away after one use or no use. The CEO of these delivery companies has the power to make a significant impact by introducing an option at checkout so customers can refuse utensils. Single use take-out packaging is a harder problem to tackle, but right now, this small fix could create a big change! PLEASE share this petition!
