Preserve Thousand Oaks Masterplan!

Currently there is a move to make major changes in the Thousand Oakes Masterplan by placing thousands of apartments on Thousand Oaks Blvd. This would change the character of our community and put the masterplan out of balance and lead to a deterioration of quality of our life.

Why is this important?

We the undersigned community members formerly request of the Thousand Oaks City Council that such a drastic change should have either an attitude survey or a ballot measure to let the residents decide. And prior to the citizen’s involvement there should be town hall meetings so the public can be well aware of all the implications.
