Please let the court order stand, that Emergency Contraception is available to any age girl, over- the- counter, no prescription necessary.
Why is this important?
If a girl is old enough to get pregnant, she is old enough to use this emergency contraceptive. You do not have the right to impose your beliefs on others. There is no medical reason to support the restriction of access to anyone of any age. Unless you can show a very good reason for this restriction, please step out of the way of something women have the right to decide for themselves, even 12 yr old's.
