President Obama: "Stop SSI benefits that prevents child support obligations".

I was recently informed by the Division of Child Support Services saying that I could not get child support payments, because my kid's father gets SSI and they could not continue with the child support process based on the type of SSI benefits he’s receiving. I also can’t receive social security benefits for my kids either because there father is receiving the maximum amount of benefits, based on his lack of work history. I feel like that should not even be a law, this is preventing the father from paying child support, which is just morally WRONG!!!! The government system is really messed up on SO many levels, but this one hits home for me and yes this is affecting me personally. With the help and support of other I'm hoping I can get the results I want.
