Please stop ALL proposed cuts to our Social Security by trying it to Chained CPI. It will truly hurt all of the poor Seniors who depend on it. Thank You.
Why is this important?
The proposed change to Social Security to be attached to "Chained CPI" will truly hurt poor Seniors who totally depend on Social Secutiry and have no other income.
If you want to tax the rich, go ahead, but don't remove the safety net from poor people. Any consideration to do this will only bring shame to all of you who are the "fat cats" sitting in luxury.
