Prosecute Those committing American War Crimes in the treatment of prisoners

We, Americans, ask that the International Court of Justice investigate and prosecute, if warrented, the Americans, including senior officials, who were involved in the CIA's program of torturing, killing and abusing prisoners of war in violation of our treaty obligations under the Geneva Conventions of which we are a signatory nation dating back to 1864. We include the senior officials who knew about and authorized the violations.

Why is this important?

There is simply no possibility that the American government willact on this issue, and the CIA and officials in the Bush Administration violated the values that millions of Americans cherish, which Eric Holder refuses to prosecute.. The International Court of Justice is established as the proper Court to hear these kind of issues where a national government cannot and will not hold its own citizens accountable for their crimes. The Senate Report provides graphic and massive evidence of violations of the Geneva Conventions against torture and prisoner abuse, and there is clearly "probable Cause" to believe that high crimes were committed and that the perpetrators are being protected by current and past U.S.administrations who refuse to prosecute those involved.
