Close tax loop holes that benefit the wealthiest Americans and wealthiest Corporations!
Stop proposed cuts to Medicare; Medicaid; Food Stamps; WIC; HUD and Veteran housing; Federal Student Loans and Housing Loan monies; Headstart; Veteran's Benefits, etc.
Why is this important?
Nevadans need to support all U.S. Senators; U.S. House of Representatives; President Barach Obama; all Nevada State legislature members that support a balanced budget in Nevada and in the U.S. Congress that protects low and middle income families; senior citizens; disabled people; and children!
They need to protect Medicare; Medicaid; Food Stamps; WIC; Headstart; Student Loans; Veterans benefits; HUD low income housing; job training; infrastructure investment in our highways, bridges, roads, schools, teachers, policeman, and fireman.
This sounds like a tall order but there are billions of dollars that can be saved and used to pay for the above benefits by closing tax loopholes on the wealthiest Americans and Corporations.
All businesses sending jobs out of America should have their profits taxed higher than businesses that keep jobs in America!
My husband and I live in HUD low income Senior housing in Henderson, Nevada. We live on my Clark County, Nevada PERS pension and our Social Security benefits. My husband is a Vietnam Veteran. I am on Medicare and Medicaid and Food Stamps.
We need to take care of our most vulnerable Americans; not the wealthiest Americans and Corporations!
