The Ohio House of Representatives just passed a budget in the state house cutting $1 million of funding to Ohio's food banks. That's 5.5 million pounds of food to low income families
Why is this important?
I have spent years of volunteer work at food banks to help needy families and neighbors. Food banks help working families who are trying to make ends meet fight hunger. Fighting hunger will increase productivity at work and school. I want to fight with the senate to restore this funding
