Protect our Firefighters from Cancer

Firefighter wear gear while fighting fires, at some point they must remove this gear and they are exposed to toxic chemicals, firefighters need post- firefighting gear as many of them die of cancer at much higher rates than people in other professions. Show your respect and care not just about the firefighters who responded during 9/11 but all the firefighters who risk their health and lives every day so that we can sleep safe at night by petitioning President Obama to make it law that firefighter's working conditions be scrutinized by OSHA and the EPA as well as be provided more maneuverable gear that protects them after fires have been put out and while they are containing and cleaning up hazardous sites.
