Mandatory direct mailings to homeowners notifying them of public hearing announcements of highway construction projects. To-date, there is NO notification and NO transparency.
Why is this important?
Myself along with thousands of residents in my community have been seriously affected by the lack of public notification of Maryland State and County DOT sponsored public hearings (presentation, Q&A session etc ...) regarding a major highway which will ruin our community and destroy hundreds of acres of critical wildlife habitat.
