Punishment for NFL referee’s

NFL referees have ruined the sport of football ball I watched as a kid, and has become near impossible to watch and enjoy. Nobody care for the referees and we know their jobs is the toughest in the world cause everyone feels they are being cheated. I would like to start separating the great referees from the bad apples, and propose a punishment system for officials. Im aware in the moment of games officials get together and discuss the penalty or problem recent controversial play on the field. In 1986 the NFL adopted the instant replay review and 13 years later added the challenge and has a huge game changer and great for the game to get the right call. Now it seems we have hit a stalemate as referees seem to make a bunch of terrible calls and seem to favor one team more then others, and a few years back the NFL add the ability to challenge DPI which failed cause officials did not want to admit they are wrong. So if referees do not want to change challenges for obvious penalties we have cameras everywhere to determine the correct call, and whatever call the officials make so be it, we have a twitter page dedicated to pointing out these calls and pull the rulebook to determine if the call was correct and i’d like to propose that for any call missed or incorrect deserves the right punishment:(fines, suspension, lost of game check) some may say its excessive but games are becoming unwatchable and needs change before football becomes like baseball
