My children was wrongfully taken from me to my knowledge the court did not notify in any way nor investigate me before signing custody of my children over to my ex mother n law based on false allegations. I have been fighting for my children for 5 years and let down everytime by court appointed lawyers that told me to give up without hearing my side first and telling me if I continued to fight I would risk losing my kids forever. Tho im limited income I thought if I hired my own lawyer I would receive better outcome this time my case has been tied up in court for 3 years and been reset every trial date. Ive yet to see the judge to plea my case. Since my case keeps getting reset on November 02 2017 I went before the juvenile court referee requesting unsupervised visitation so that in hopes that would eliminate all conflict between me and my ex n laws until our trial. I did everything the court asked of me. I've took and passed drug test did a Casa home inspection which came back good, I've been to every custody hearing involving my kids where as their father has not done any of the above yet he's getting to have more rights to them than me and he has a history of child abused that is documented with dhr. His parents has told my children things like I don't want them don't love them that I forgot birthdays even has resorted to telling everyone I tried to sell my daughter none of which is true. From day 1 since she got custody she immediately same day filed for food stamps, asked her lawyer before leaving court that day if she could get TANF on the kids and filed for that same day she left court, every month they let their power bill fall behind so that they can get community action pay it for them to free up their money for things like their sticks river resort membership and I have a voice recording from one of my visits with my children where she asked me if id sign my parental rights away so that she could get social security checks in my children then tried to say ot would benefit me by doing so cause the kids would get $1000 per month. I refused to do so. After that visit I had another visit recording where her son came in and asked both of them for a controlled substance Lortabs, it keeps getting worse they bully me they bully my kids my kids haven't even been allowed to be lile kids their age cant play sports no sleepovers no friends she keeps them isolated they cant even talk to me without getting her approval on what is ok to say. Last Sunday my visit was at their church I showed up gave my kids the candy i bought them and hugged them. Second I got there they was already instigating an argument she said her husband needed to speak to me I politely said ok. Outside I ran into him and the pastor where my ex father n law verbally attacked me in front of everyone saying if i so much as breathe wrong hell sign warrants on me and hes no longer allowing me visits with my kids. I tried to remain calm but I did point out their flaws and he first tried to lie about giving his son controlled substances but then admitted to it by saying it was because his son was in pain. Im trying to protect my kids out of love and their trying to erase me from my kids lives they even have them calling their fathers 4th girlfriend within the last 5 years their mom this woman is barely 21 years old has no idea about my situation nor what me and my kids has gone through so to me that is not fair none the less her nor my ex husband has custody he refuses to go to court he states hes not paying childsupport and will not lose his $28 hour job over anybody. They live on the property with my children though. Dhr has had numerous reports of abuse 1 being sexual against my daughter they said their was no physical proof so case closed however my daughter told somebody at her school that her older cousin living with them had been doing sexual things with her, when I confronted my ex mother n law she stated my daughter then age 12 was a compulsive liar, another occasion dhr was called because I found out my 11 yr old son had gotten ahold of a loaded rifle and played with it unsupervised dhr told me that's not considered child endangerment nor abuse case closed. Im asking for the governments help because at this point im making no progress and my children and other peoples children are suffering at the hands of a failed system and thats not fair.
