Put Cap on Rent Increases

We are seeing a huge increase in homeless in our state and families being displaced. I was paying $1500 in rent and my landlord increased my rent by $745. We should have a law in Arizona that states landlord’s cannot increase the rent more than a third of the persons income based on AGI.
