To: President Donald Trump, The United States House of Representatives, and The United States Senate

Questions that must be answered before we launch another war in the Middle East.

Before the United States engages in further military action, I want you to answer my questions: How much will this war cost in dollars and in lives? How will we pay for this war?

What responsibilities do we have toward civilians who become refugees because of this war?

Will US soldiers who are sent into battle be guaranteed free medical treatment for life?

What private US corporations will receive taxpayer money for services related to the war? What private US corporations will benefit from gaining control of oil production in the region?

Why is this important?

Before we go to war we should know why we are going, and what the costs will be in lives and money. We invaded Iraq ten years ago because there were supposed to be "Weapons of Mass Destruction" in Iraq. There were none. 4500 US Servicemembers have lost their lives. 32,000 have been wounded. The death toll for Iraquis is nearly half a million. The US debt is 17.9 trillion dollars. Meanwhile, defense contractors have made hundreds of billions of dollars.

What will be the cost of more military intervention? Who will suffer and who will benefit?
