Re-vamp the grass field.

There is many people in our community now in Cerbat vistas. We would like for the grass field to be freshened up. Get rid of the weeds, add a few benches. And maybe a small swingset for the kids. Fix the drainage so it doesn’t flood. We all pay an HOA fee.. Let’s see it be put to good use!!
