The undersigned residents of South Carolina urges this honorable board to forgo the past bad acts of Yueseyuan Cruel and recocognize his rehabiltation efforts over the past eleven (11) years in becoming an upstanding citizen. We, the below signators, believe his debt to society has been paid and that forgiveness is at the core of Christian values upon which all governmental officials sware an oath to uphold their respective offices. "Forgive us our trepasses as we forgive those that trespass against us", and "All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God". A man should be commended for remaking himself, held to a higher standard of punishment than even the law calls for. Mr. Cruel's rights of citizenship has been restored. He is a registered viter and Commissioned SC Notary Public. Mr. Cruel should be allowed the opportunity to persue a career as a Real Estate Agent based upon his ability to do the job as perscibed by law and upheld by the Commission.
Why is this important?
Everyone should be afforded the opportunity to have a future not dictated by their past.
