Recall Mayor Jerry Martin

Concerned Citizens of Alma hereby request that pursuant to Arkansas Code that Mayor Jerry Dewayne Martin, aka Jerry Austin Martin, City of Alma, Arkansas be recalled by the city clerk certifying our petition and setting a date for a recall election. Concerned Citizens of Alma, Arkansas were deceived by the means of deception, misrepresentation in the 2018 election for the Mayor of The City of Alma, Arkansas. We believe that Mayor Martin to be against the values for moral character, integrity and honesty expected of an elected official in Arkansas. Mayor Martin is not qualified in the judgment of Concerned Citizens of Alma for the duties of the office of The Mayor.
