It is OUR tax payer dollars and a reduction of 10-20% in Foreign Aid would go a long way to reestablishing the American Dream lost in too many wars with fiscal irresponsibility to pay for them by lowering taxes for the wealthy, plus absurd overseas and corporate loopholes.
