In the case of a proposed structure which extends perpendicular to the shore, the Department shall require its placement at least 25 feet away from such abutting property lines, where feasible.

This petition is to request the wording be changed to protect lakefront property owners: It should be changed from the "where feasible" which is much too vague and encroaches on others property in an unfair way. To read "unless written consent for closer placement is signed by abutting property owners".
