We need the government to do everything in there power to help rehabilitate and provide care for our american substance abusers. Provide full mental health care for our sick citizens.
Why is this important?
America is rapidly incarcerating substance abusers that can, and wants to be rehabilitated. We need major funding for govenment ran alcohol, and substance abuse facilities in all major US cities.
