Release abused autistic Marquis from state facility

My son, Marquis Tanksley, is autistic. He was illegally committed to a state facility in Ohio where he has been repeatedly assaulted, beaten, neglected, and abused. Marquis' mom actually witnessed and audiotaped Marquis being punched in the chest by a state worker: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gGJFHh9NcV4

Marquis has also been restrained frequently and sometimes tied to a bed. His clothes have been stolen, lost, ripped, and cut up by staff. One of the nurses gave him dirty play dough for "earplugs". There are many other abuses Marquis has suffered and Marquis needs to be released for his safety and well-being!

Why is this important?

My son Marquis is 20 years old and autistic! He has been treated horribly at the state facility he was involuntarily committed too! Marquis wants to come back home to live with his mother and has reported numerous abuses and neglect by the facility staff! Marquis needs to be released from this facility and return to the care of his mother!
