We, the undersigned residents of Brightwood Farms, hereby demand immediate action be taken to preserve the integrity, transparency, and professionalism of our HOA operations.
🛑 Demand 1: Removal of Wendy Parks from All Brightwood Farms Affairs
Wendy Parks, representative of Priestley Management Company, has repeatedly demonstrated conduct that undermines trust in the HOA’s operations. Her behavior has raised numerous concerns among homeowners, including:
• Apparent retaliatory enforcement actions following homeowner complaints.
• Failure to adequately communicate with the HOA Board regarding submitted violations or resident concerns.
• Inappropriate involvement in decisions that exceed the advisory scope of a property management firm.
• A perceived conflict of interest that compromises the neutrality required of a contracted service provider.
This pattern of behavior has caused frustration, distrust, and division within the community. Wendy Parks’ continued involvement is no longer conducive to a professional and transparent HOA environment.

We further request that the Board immediately begin the process of:
• Requesting and reviewing quotes from alternative HOA Property management companies.
• Soliciting homeowner feedback on priorities and expectations from a new management partner.
• Presenting multiple candidates for open discussion in the next scheduled HOA meeting.
Brightwood Farms deserves a property management company that works for the community, not above it.
