Remove Judge Mark Fuller From the Bench
Zero tolerance for domestic violence extends to all levels of society, including the judiciary. Our legislative branch has focused on domestic violence in the entertainment and sports arena but ignored this case over which they have the authority to terminate his appointment. Judge Mark Fuller, a known domestic violence offender, cannot maintain his lifetime appointment as a federal court judge.
Why is this important?
The influence and authority which a judge wields over a person's life is far more significant than that of an entertainer or athlete. To that end, our elected representatives must ensure that members of the judiciary, whom they appoint, exemplify and are held to high standards. When they do not, the legislative branch, as the employer, must take corrective measures to terminate that person.
