Judge Kenneth K So caused a 24 Year old man, Michael Sussman, along with the City Attorneys office and Michael Sussman’s own attorneys, Michael McCabe, Michael Pancer, John Kirby to be psychologically tortured which resulted in a covert murder, Michael Sussman’s death. False charges, false trial , secret trial,non public trial in both Rief and Sussman cases. Both cases were railroaded. Judge Kenneth K. So was also involved in the taking away of Jonah Rief from his mother Tammy Rief. Who was sentenced to 3 years in jail for kidnapping her own child while her son, Jonah Rief has been put in the international sex trafficking world by Judge So and has never been seen again.
